一、个人简介

江晓闽,福建龙岩人1995年生于福建漳州。2018年本科毕业于四川大学化学系,导师为袁立华教授。毕业后就读于美国芝加哥学,师从Wenbin Lin教授,于2023年获得化学生物学博士学位。随后于美国芝加哥大学Ludwig Center for Metastasis Research开展肿瘤免疫学博士后研究,合作导师为Ralph R. Weichselbaum和Wenbin Lin教授。2025年1月加入西湖大学,担任助理教授、博士生导师,研究内容主要集中在开发新型纳米材料,以解决基因治疗和癌症免疫学等重大生物医学难题,并研究纳米医学中的药物作用机制。

二、学术成果

江晓闽博士专注于通过化学合成纳米材料,致力于提高药物在肿瘤部位的选择性积累,并开发新型医药手段以应对肿瘤药物递送的挑战。通过有机合成前药设计或无机配位药物的方法,将药物负载于纳米递送材料中,实现持续的肿瘤靶向和治疗。基于这些科学发现,江晓闽博士积极参与转化医学研究,成功开发了用于系统递送的新型候选药物,并已完成一期临床试验,预计将为多种晚期和转移性肿瘤提供新的治疗方案。其代表性学术成果包括:

1.    通过将易降解的免疫激动剂与无毒金属配位,成功开发出具有长效循环和肿瘤靶向性的纳米材料,并揭示了纳米医学在增强免疫激动剂抗肿瘤免疫效果中的新机制。

2.    研究了纳米配位聚合物材料在化疗药物递送中的机制,发现其与血液中的低密度脂蛋白相互作用,并依赖低密度脂蛋白受体发挥抗肿瘤效果。

3.    开发出具备药物修饰能力的纳米级金属有机框架材料体系,适用于肿瘤原位植入药物,延长药物在肿瘤部位的滞留时间,并增强其与放疗、化疗和免疫疗法的协同作用。
