个人简介


师恩政,西湖大学工学院特聘研究员,助理教授,纳米半导体材料实验室负责人。2010年获得山东大学学士学位,2015年获得北京大学博士学位,之后在美国爱荷华州立大学(2015-2017年)和普渡大学(2017-2020年)进行博士后研究。202010月全职加入西湖大学工学院。曾入选2022年度麻省理工科技评论35岁以下科技创新35亚太区榜单,2021年度中国新锐十大科技人物


学术成果


师恩政博士课题组的主要研究方向为卤素钙钛矿半导体加工-结构-性质关系、软晶格半导体的异质集成、纳米超材料等。师恩政博士曾以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Synthesis, Nature Communications, Science Advances等期刊发表多篇论文;曾担任期刊Science Bulletin, Carbon Energy等期刊青年编委。

本课题组长期招聘博士研究生、博士后及研究助理。欢迎具有材料科学与工程、化学、电子工程、凝聚态物理等背景的本科生、硕士及博士研究生、已毕业博士生、青年学者联系我们(shienzheng@westlake.edu.cn)。本课题组与国内外多个研究机构(普渡大学,麻省理工学院、北京大学等)有良好的合作关系,博士研究生在本课题组学习期间,支持申请出国学习交流和访问。
