个人简介
文燎勇,1985年生,重庆黔江人。2006年获郑州大学学士学位;2009年获上海大学硕士学位。2009年-2010年工作于中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所。2011年-2016年先后就读于德国明斯特大学和伊尔姆瑙工业大学应用物理专业,获博士学位;并获得2015年度中国国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2016年-2019年先后以资深研究员和博士后研究员工作于德国伊尔姆瑙工业大学和美国康涅狄格大学;并获得2018年康涅狄格大学PostDoc Seed Grant Funding Award和CMOC(IEEE CT)最佳口头报告奖。于2019年作为特聘研究员(PI/博导)加入西湖大学工学院,开展新型多元纳米结构材料及其多功能器件研究工作。
学术成果
多功能纳米结构器件实验室以智能跨尺度压印技术和激光直写技术为主要手段,设计并定制化制备新型跨尺度3D功能结构/材料,研究宏观-微米-纳米尺度下不同结构单元/材料组分的协同耦合特性,探索其在(1)光电器件/芯片、(2)生物传感器件、(3)绿色能源器件中的构效关系及新型多功能/高性能器件的系统集成研究。
