个人简介
吴明轩,河南郑州人。2004-2010年就读于上海交通大学生命科学与技术学院基地班,先后获得学士和硕士学位,导师为周虎臣教授和白林泉教授。毕业后赴美就读于普林斯顿大学化学系,师从Dorothea Fiedler教授,于2015年获得博士学位。随后师从Philip A. Cole教授,于2015-2017年在约翰霍普金斯大学医学院以及2017-2019年在哈佛医学院布莱根妇女医院从事博士后工作。于2019年9月入职西湖大学组建化学生物学课题组。
学术成果
吴明轩博士长期从事化学生物学领域研究,通过有机小分子合成和蛋白质半合成开发使用化学工具,探索生物医学的基础问题,从而帮助研发新型药物治疗癌症等疾病。成果不仅发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和Chem. Sci.等化学顶尖杂志,还在生物医学期刊eLife和综合期刊PNAS上发表了对领域有重要影响的文章。他开发的肌醇焦磷酸类似物和亲和试剂,以及优化的组蛋白H3半合成方法,被世界各地学术界同行使用。他关于肌醇焦磷酸的细胞信号转导和CoREST染色质重塑复合体修饰组蛋白的分子机理的研究对领域发展有重要推动作用。吴明轩博士还长期担任Chem. Commun., Bioorg. Med. Chem., Org. Biomol. Chem., MedChemComm, Bioorganic Chemistry,Tetrahedron, Tetrahedron Lett.等国际著名期刊的审稿人。
