个人简介

刘沛东博士分别于2012年和2015年在新加坡国立大学获得电子工程专业本科和硕士学位。随后，他加入苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich)计算机视觉和几何实验室（Computer Vision and Geometry Lab）攻读博士，并于2021年获得计算机科学专业科学博士学位。他于2021年底正式加入西湖大学工学院，独立创建西湖大学“计算机视觉和几何深度学习实验室”（Computer Vision and Geometric Learning Lab）。该实验室主要研究方向为：1）三维计算机视觉；2）机器人三维环境感知；3）几何深度学习及其在计算机视觉、生命科学和其它学科的应用。

学术成果

刘沛东博士的研究主要集中在三维计算机视觉，机器人和深度学习在计算机视觉中的应用。他已在计算机视觉，机器人领域的国际期刊和会议发表研究论文20余篇。主要代表性研究成果为基于多相机的即时定位和建图，在恶劣环境下的相机运动估计和三维稠密建图等。刘沛东博士目前是多个国际顶级期刊和会议的审稿人（比如TPAMI, IJCV, RA-L, CVPR, ICCV, 3DV, IROS和ICRA等）。刘沛东博士曾获得一系列奖项，其中包括Dean’s list (新加坡国立大学)，关肇直最佳论文奖，多次获得国际空中机器人比赛第一名等奖项。
