个人简介
徐水钢,江西上饶人。2009年本科毕业于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院,获得学士学位。2013年于香港科技大学物理系获得博士学位。博士毕业后先后于香港科技大学(师从王宁教授)、英国曼彻斯特大学(师从诺贝尔奖获得者、石墨烯之父Andre Geim教授)开展博士后研究工作。2021年9月加入西湖大学物理系,开展独立研究工作。主要从事二维材料及范德瓦尔斯异质结的量子输运特性研究。
学术成果
徐水钢博士课题组长期从事二维材料的生长、量子输运特性研究及基于范德瓦尔斯异质结的器件开发。近期在二维材料的强关联效应、扭转电子学、拓扑效应等方面取得系列研究成果。相关成果以(共同)第一或通讯作者身份发表在 Science (1篇)、 Nature (1篇)、Nature Physics(1篇)、Physical Review X(1篇)、 Nature Communications (7篇)、 Physical Review Letters (1篇)、 Nano Letters (3篇)等国际著名期刊上。
代表性工作有:
1. 在石墨烯莫尔超晶格系统中观察到多种新奇量子物态,包括可调的关联绝缘态、电子型铁电、量子反常霍尔效应等。
2. 发现菱方堆垛多层石墨具有电场可调的拓扑表面态,并观察到层间极化铁磁态和手性可调的陈绝缘体。
3. 在石墨烯中观察到电子粘性霍尔效应,实验上首次证实流体中存在霍尔粘度。
4. 在二维半导体硒化钨中观察到异常的奇整数量子霍尔效应。
