个人简介


  林效(1987- ),浙江温州人。2008年毕业于浙江大学,获得学士学位。2013年获得浙江大学凝聚态物理博士学位,随后在法国巴黎高科工业物理化学学院从事博士后研究。2016年得到德国洪堡基金会资助在科隆大学从事研究。2018年3月加入西湖大学理学院,担任特聘研究员,从事极低温高磁场热电输运研究。


学术成果


  林效博士对极低温极磁高场的热电输运测量有着丰富经验,研究经历主要在铁基超导体、SrTiO3超导体、过渡金属氧族化合物等关联电子体系,善于利用能斯特效应、热电势,热导率,电阻率等在磁场下的量子振荡行为研究样品的费米面及量子极限行为。其关于SrTiO3相关体系的超导相及费米面研究取得了开创性成果:

  1.发现载流子浓度最低的超导体,电子浓度比普通金属低6个量级,该超导体非常规超导特性十分突出;
  2. 完善了SrTiO3超导体的全新相图,揭示了超导转变温度与能带演变的关系,发现该超导体是唯一一个在单带-双带-三带情况下均存在超导的体系;
  3.深入研究SrTiO3体系的正常态电阻率行为,其低温电阻率呈温度的平方关系,该行为不能简单的由传统费米液体理论解释,随着温度的升高该体系过早的超过Mott-Ioffe-Regel极限,变成所谓的坏金属,并尝试利用流体动力学理论解释该体系的高温输运行为,表明SrTiO3与高温铜氧化物十分相似;
  4. 在Ca:SrTiO3体系首次发现铁电-超导共存现象等,揭示了铁电量子涨落对该体系超导体的可能影响。
