个人简介

胡小玉博士,现任西湖大学医学院教授、副院长,曾任清华大学免疫学研究所所长。本科毕业于北京医科大学(现北京大学医学部)基础医学专业,后在美国康奈尔大学获得免疫学博士学位。

胡小玉教授曾获得多项国际学术荣誉,包括国际细胞因子协会青年女性科学家奖、英国皇家学会牛顿高级学者等。2024年,她入选 Cell Press创刊50周年“激励人心的50位科学家”名单;2020年,被 Nature Immunology 评选为全球五位代表性女性免疫学家之一。

胡小玉教授曾接受 Journal of Experimental Medicine 等国际期刊及 Society for Leukocyte Biology 等国际学术组织的人物专访。她担任Immunity、Trends in Immunology、Science Advances、Mucosal Immunology和Protein & Cell等国际期刊的编委,并曾共同组织包括 Cell Symposia 和冷泉港会议(Cold Spring Harbor Meetings)在内的多个国际免疫学会议。


学术成果及研究方向

胡小玉教授长期研究组织驻留髓系免疫细胞的功能,聚焦于巨噬细胞与肥大细胞两大类群。组织驻留髓系细胞分布广泛,是维持组织稳态的重要组成部分。课题组致力于揭示驻留髓系细胞与组织微环境的相互作用与调控机制,探究其在多种生理与病理过程中发挥的重要作用。
