个人简介
王兆彬,2011年毕业于南京大学,获得学士学位。2015年毕业于香港科技大学,获得博士学位,师从孙建伟教授。2016至2019年,在美国加州理工学院(Caltech)从事博士后研究,师从Gregory C. Fu 教授。2019年10月加入西湖大学理学院任特聘研究员,开展独立研究工作。
学术成果
在生物体中,手性物质广泛存在,并具有重要的生物学意义。高效、精准的手性合成在药物研发、材料科学、农药开发等领域具有非常重要的价值。王兆彬博士主要从事不对称催化方面相关研究。迄今,先后发展了一系列手性布朗斯特酸催化的不对称开环反应和对于亚甲基苯醌类化合物的不对称加成反应。此外,还成功实现了一系列金属镍催化的手性汇聚交叉偶联反应,将烷基卤代物及简单易得的原料,高效转化为高附加值手性产物。相关研究成果已发表在Nature, Nat. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc. 和Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等化学顶尖杂志上。
