刘育,南开大学教授,1996年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2000年受聘为教育部长江学者特聘教授,2010年和2016年获中国侨界贡献奖,2012年评选为全国优秀科技工作者,2006年和2011年分别两次担任国家973重大研究计划项目首席科学家。在有机超分子化学和纳米超分子化学的研究方面做了大量系统工作,研究成果已在国内外核心刊物发表论文500多篇,论文SCI他引15000多次,h-index:64;在国内外学术会议做大会和邀请报告50多次。主(参)英文专著9部、中文专著5部。获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项,省部级自然科学一等奖3项,二等奖3项,宝钢优秀教师特等奖1项和国家”十一五”科技计划执行突出贡献奖。曾任两届国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、中国化学会常务理事、高等学校化学学报副主编,现任国际环糊精和葫芦脲协会顾问委员会委员、中国化学快报副主编、以及Asian J. Org. Chem.、Aggregate等7种杂志编委。


Liu Yu is a professor at Nankai University. In 1996, he was funded by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. In 2000, he was hired as a distinguished professor of the Yangtze River Scholars of the Ministry of Education. In 2006 and 2011, he served as the chief scientist of the National 973 Major Research Project. A lot of systematic work has been done in the research of organic supramolecular chemistry and nano-supramolecular chemistry. The research results have published more than 500 papers in core journals at home and abroad. The papers have been cited more than 15,000 by SCI, h-index: 64; at home and abroad There are more than 50 academic conferences, conferences and invited lectures. Main (participants) 9 monographs in English and 5 monographs in Chinese. Won 1 second prize of the National Natural Science Award, 3 first prizes of provincial and ministerial natural science, 3 second prizes, 1 special prize of Baosteel Outstanding Teachers and the National "Eleventh Five-Year" Science and Technology Plan Implementation Outstanding Contribution Award. He has served as a member of the Disciplinary Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council for two sessions, an executive director of the Chinese Chemical Society, and an associate editor of the Chemical Journal of Colleges and Universities. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee of the International Association of Cyclodextrin and Cucurbituron, an associate editor of China Chemistry Letters, and Asian J. Org. Editors of 7 magazines including Chem. and Aggregate.

讲座摘要/Abstract:

有机超分子化学在化学生物学、医药化学等领域有着极其重要的应用。多年来,我们课题组在超分子化学的药物研究方面开展了一系列研究工作。在这里,我们综述了环糊精、葫芦脲等大环分子对不同客体分子的键合、包结模式;同时,我们还构筑了多种具有生物功能的有机超分子组装体,例如分子胶囊,纳米粒子,纳米管等纳米组装体,研究了它们在药物负载,荧(磷)光传感、细胞成像、传递释放以及癌症治疗等方面的应用性能。这对于超分子化学在药物化学方面的发展具有重要的科学意义,也为超分子化学在化学生物学和医药化学等领域的进一步研究奠定了基础。


Organic supramolecular chemistry has extremely important applications in chemical biology, medical chemistry and other fields. Over the years, our research group has carried out a series of research work in the drug research of supramolecular chemistry. Here, we review the bonding and inclusion modes of cyclodextrin, cucurbituril and other macrocyclic molecules to different guest molecules; at the same time, we have also constructed a variety of organic supramolecular assemblies with biological functions, such as molecular capsules, Nano-assemblies such as nanoparticles and nanotubes have been studied for their application performance in drug loading, fluorescence (phosphorus) sensing, cell imaging, delivery and release, and cancer treatment. This has important scientific significance for the development of supramolecular chemistry in medicinal chemistry, and it also lays the foundation for the further research of supramolecular chemistry in the fields of chemical biology and medicinal chemistry.
