Organoids are three-dimensional in vitro tissue culture system that mimic the represented organ in vivo. Organoid recaptures the architecture and key physiological and genomic features of its corresponding human organ, which provides great opportunities for efficiently addressing fundamental questions in stem cell and developmental biology, as well as the study of human disease. In this webinar, Dr. Meritxell Huch, Dr. Hans Clevers and Dr. Emma Rawlins will share their recent exciting research findings through human organoids modelling of diseases, and discuss the future application of organoids in basic discovery and translational research.
