报告题目/Title:

Applications and Perspective of Multi Model Biosensors for Psychosomatic Medicine

讲座摘要/Abstract:

One of the greatest discoveries in modern physics is that " “Everything in Life is Vibration”. Einstein's research found that "Everything is just a form of energy with different frequency." Light, electricity, magnetism, heat, and sound et al. are all expressions of energy. DNA, protein, cells, neuron system , et al. are also forms of energy. Bio-optoelectronics is a highly interdisciplinary research field integrating biophysics, biochemistry and biomedical engineering. It includes basic research on bio-opto-electronic properties of a variety of biomolecules such as DNA, proteins, cells and biological systems of the human body, and its application in the development of new generation point-of-care theranostic instruments and cell/organ chips, as well as the combination of light, electricity, magnetism, sound, different levels of energy for disease treatment and therapy. The lecture will start from several milestones in nanotechnology, to the development of biochip technology, and combine microfluidics, machine learning and other new technologies to develop point-of-care diagnostic devices from qualitative to semi-quantitative to precise quantification. Using portable sensors, wearable sensors, and organ/organoid chips as examples, the lecture will introduce multi-modal sensing system to obtain data signals such as body temperature, blood pressure, heartbeat, complexion, brain waves, and moss color by connecting electronic devices such as portable devices and mobile phones. Integration of AI and big data platform to intelligently analyze these parameters to achieve fast, accurate, low-cost, and efficient disease diagnosis and testing. And further expanded to the quantitative diagnosis of psychosomatic diseases and the new physical therapy and rehabilitation of photoelectric sound combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. At the same time, through playing audio and videos, the audience will be led to experience the mental and emotional effects of sound and music, as well as the corresponding biophysical signals including various physiological indicators such as cell activity, brain electricity, myoelectricity and respiratory frequency.
